Submission:

I shot this back in 2008 at the Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin Miami for the KAWS “Satruated” Exhibition. The original photoset was for Hypebeast which can be seen here. This was an image they did not publish.

I shot this on the press day, before the general public, and for a while it was only the interviewer you see here, Brian, and a few other people in the gallery. After getting some great photos of him, we talked a bit about getting work out there, his first time meeting Nigo, and how easily it would be to do what he did to bus stop adverts in NY out here in Miami.

After this I had gained a crazy amount of respect for him, and he ultimately became a great inspiration of mine.
